Michael Mason Marketing’s Mission is to promote special fund raising creative events
and to make a major contribution to the charities field.
MMM leases the complete package to set up and run a race from start to finish to
the fundraising organisation. Races can be from 2,000 - 10,000 numbered ducks.
The package includes:
- Selected number of ducks
- 50 Corporate Ducks and Flags
- The Winning Duck Trap
- Duck Costume
- Transportation to and from the race venue
- Race Operational Manual
- Your own DuckCentral micro-website
- Promote your race online
- Modify content yourself using a simple online editor
- Allow visitors to adopt online using their debit or credit card direct to your own

- Process adoptions in-house and allocate duck numbers
- Generate adoption certificates to email or print
- View reports on adoptions

In addition MMM provide management, marketing and logistics support.
The organisational formula required in general to facilitate a Duck Race from start
to finish is as follows:
- Commence organisation at least 6-9 months from the proposed race date.
- Liaise with MMM to select a suitable site on a river or lake which can facilitate
a 'track' of at least 250 metres. Not impeded by any structures and with a possible
viewing area for the public to view the race. The race takes approximately 20-25
minutes. The best race time is between 3pm and 5pm.
- Advice and assistance to obtain permissions from the local river authority, park
or Council.
